I’ve been really happy with the quality of the stuff I’ve bought, and when it’s on sale the prices feel fair. That said, the full price is a little hard for me to justify. I’d rather wait than feel like I overpaid, so I usually hold off until there’s a discount.

I bought an Isabel Marant coat last winter and, it’s still looking really good. I wore it constantly, including in the rain when I probably should’ve known better, so that’s on me. But the seams and buttons are still solid, and it hasn’t started looking tired. It definitely wasn’t cheap, but at least I can’t blame the coat—it actually holds up

I used the site a little while ago, maybe last week or the week before, and it was really easy to get around. This looked nothing like the product photos. I already felt annoyed having to go through too many steps just to order it, and then when it arrived, it was completely different from what was shown. Disappointing.

My order showed up and the item itself was okay, but the box was kind of crushed and the packing inside felt a little careless. It made me wonder if it had been handled rough or maybe repacked at some point. Nothing was damaged, thankfully, but I was definitely expecting it to be packed better.

I ordered a pair of boots from Isabel Marant they look gorgeous in person. The style is exactly what I was hoping for, and they really do elevate an outfit. But after wearing them for a few hours, my feet started to feel sore. They’re not unbearable or anything, just not as comfortable as I expected, especially for the price. I wanted to love them completely, so it’s a little disappointing because they look so good.

The color looked a little different in person than I expected, so I’m guessing the lighting in the photos made it seem slightly off. The shape was shown accurately though, so overall the pictures gave me a decent idea of what I was getting

I tried to buy a pair of boots twice, but the checkout page froze both times. Now I’m seeing pending charges on my card, even though I’m not sure the order actually went through. To make it more confusing, the email I got seems to say something different from what the site showed, so I don’t know if I bought the boots or not.

I’m sure these run a bit small. I ordered my usual size, but it felt tighter than I expected, so maybe sizing up would be a good idea.

I like some of the styles, but the fit seems to vary quite a bit from one item to another. To be fair, a couple of pieces fit me just fine, but others were noticeably off, so ordering feels a bit hit or miss

I had to reach out to Isabel Marant customer service because my order tracking wasn’t updating, they got back to me quicker than I expected. I think it was the same day, and the answer was clear, which made the whole thing a lot less stressful.
I’m giving 4 stars because the delivery info on the site was a little confusing at first. But the person I spoke with was friendly and helpful, so overall it was a good experience. If your tracking looks stuck, I’d say just contact them rather than waiting around.

I was bracing myself for something to be wrong because that usually seems to happen to me, but this time the order actually came exactly right. The sizing was right too, which was a relief

The tracking was the part that felt a bit weird to me. It just stayed on the same update for a few days, and then all of a sudden it was saying out for delivery. I kept checking it more than I probably needed to because I didn’t really know where the package was at.

The order arrived in good condition and the packaging looked nice too. I just wish the shipping updates were more clear, because it was a little stressful in a dumb way.

I ordered a sweater from isabelmarant.com and, not gonna lie, the fabric feels really good. It’s soft without being that flimsy cheap crap that stretches out after two wears, and it has a nice bit of weight to it.

I’ve worn it a few times already and it’s still super comfy, with none of that itchy nonsense some sweaters have. Yeah, the price is kind of ridiculous, but the material does feel special, so I’m happy with it

Had to send back a pair of shoes that just didn’t fit right.. getting the return label was simple and the instructions were clear enough. Refund took a little longer than I thought, maybe like 10 days or so, but it showed up fine in the end. not perfect, but really not a big deal
